Dr. Lambert has served as a faculty member for over 500 executive development programs in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. He is the author or co-author of seven books and more than 100 articles. Dr. Lambert's expertise includes the facilitation of partnership sessions, process assessments and process implementation. He holds an honors BA and MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.

He has conducted cross-functional assessments to benchmark an organization's practices with best practices and prioritize improvement opportunities. Sebastián has participated in executive training in Australasia, Europe and North and South America in English and Spanish. He had more than 10 years of experience in industry prior to earning his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He has an MBA from IAE -Universidad Austral and BA in MIS from Universidad CAECE.
is an Associate Professor in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. She has experience implementing the supply chain management processes with several companies and has taught in executive development programs focused on the implementation of supply chain management. Her prior work experience is in the automotive, paper and packaging, and third-party logistics industries. Dr. Croxton holds a BS from Northwestern University and a Ph.D. from MIT.
is an Assistant Professor in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. His expertise includes the facilitation of partnership sessions designed to build high performance business relationships and conducting assessments using the assessment tools. He received a BSBA in Business Logistics and Marketing from John Carroll University and a Ph.D. in Business Logistics from the University of Maryland.
is a Professor of Supply Chain Management and Director of the Center for Logistics Management at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is also, the chairman of the Reverse Logistics Executive Council, a professional organization devoted to the improvement of reverse logistics practices; and the E-Business Supply Chain Council, an organization that provides understanding of Internet technologies. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University.
is an Associate Professor at the Gatton School of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. His research interests focus on manufacturing flow management, supply chain integration and extending lean concepts to the supply chain. He received his Ph.D. in Marketing and Logistics from Michigan State University, an MBA from the University of Kentucky, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
is a Professor of Business at SUNY, Brockport. He received his BS in Environmental Health and his MBA from East Carolina University, a MBA and a Ph. D. in Marketing from The Ohio State University. He was a member of the research team that developed the partnership model and he has facilitated sessions using the model with Colgate-Palmolive, Masterfoods USA, and Wendy's International.
is an Associate Professor in the College of Business Administration, University of North Texas. He has over 20 years experience in the United States Air Force. His research interests include supply chain metrics and the effect of more accurate cost information on supply chain structure. He received a BS in Marketing from Moorhead State University, a MS in Logistics from the Air Force Institute of Technology and an MA and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
is a Doctoral student in the Department of Marketing and Logistics at the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. His research deals with managing work structure in the supply chain and, implementing and sustaining the supply chain management processes. He received a BS in International Business and a MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
